A large south facing ground floor flat suitable for 2/4 people. Large double bedroom with double bed and single bed which can be made into bunk beds if required. Large lounge with full size bed settee. Own private door leads from the kitchen outside where there is a bench to enjoy the sunshine. Fully fitted bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
Flat 3 is fully equipped with:
- Central heating.
- Hot water.
- Full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster etc.
- 28" colour television with multi channel freeview.
- All bedding is included and beds are made up for your arrival.
- Electricity is metered.
- Car parking space for each flat.
- All our flats are cleaned and maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
- All double beds are 4'6" and single beds are 2'6.
- Flats are available from 2pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure.
