Large 2 bedroom second floor flat suitable for 2/4 people. Double bedroom and twin bedroom with wash hand basins. Lounge diner with kitchen to the rear.
Large bay window with views over Torbay Gardens and superb sea view. Individual shower and toilet.

Flat 12 is fully equipped with:

  • Central heating.
  • Hot water.
  • Built in cooker with hob, microwave, fridge, toaster etc.
  • 32" LCD Colour television with teletext and freeview.
  • All bedding is included and made up for your arrival.
  • All double beds are 4'6" and single beds are 2'6".
  • Electricity is metered.
  • Car parking space for each flat.
  • All our flats are cleaned and maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Flats are available from 2pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure.
