Payment Details:

A deposit of 20% on making the booking please. Minimum deposit of £50 for each week for bookings under £250 by cheque/postal order/cash/visa.

(Not refundable) - payable to S. Dunster.

Booking Conditions:

• Cheques/Visa payments 28 days in advance unless otherwise agreed. In the event of a cancellation this amount is payable unless the accommodation can be re-let. Therefore we recommend the use of holiday insurance.

• Only the persons listed on the booking form may use the accommodation. Please do not invite friends or relatives in to the apartment.

• The proprietors shall not be liable to any person for personal injury or loss of, or damage to, his or her property including motor vehicles however caused, whilst on the premises or its attached grounds.

• Any breakages, loss or damage to the premises, its fixtures or contents must be paid for.

• NO SMOKING. Anyone found smoking in the apartments or leaning out of the windows, will be asked to leave with no reimbursement.

• Under NO circumstances must deep fat frying equipment be brought into the apartments.

• For the benefit of all our visitors, guests must ensure that there is no unreasonable noise, particularly between the hours of 11pm and 8am.

• We reserve the right to enter the apartments on a daily basis should the need arise.

• In the unlikely event that the apartment is not available for your use due to circumstances beyond the control of the proprietors e.g. fire, flood or other damage and no other alternative apartment can be provided, the booking deposit and balance, if paid, will be returned to you in full and you will have no claim against the proprietors.

• One car parking space per apartment. No vans.
